Як чудово на прогулянці в зимовому лісі! Все навкруги біле, вкрите пухнастим м'яким снігом. На гілках дерев, особливо на широких лапах ялинок, лежать купи снігу, схожі на шапки. Всі гілки схилилися під вагою снігу. Коли сніг падає з дерева, гілка розпрямляється. Небо чисте, блакитне. На сонці сніг блищить, переливається і грає всіма барвами веселки.

Мороз. Сніг вискрипує і хрумає під ногами. Якщо взяти в руки трохи снігу і уважно роздивитися, то кожна сніжинка — як витвір мистецтва, ніби якийсь казковий майстер-ювелір зробив ці крихітні ажурні зірочки. Дерева вкриті не тільки снігом, на гілках — іній і паморозь.

Ложки з верби / Spoons from willow

Вирізав свіжу партію ложок з верби. Так як заготовки були різного розміру, то й ложки вийшли кожна з своїми індивідуальними розмірами й формами. Декорував простенькими орнаментами.

Мабуть немає більшого задоволення від нашої рідної їжі, ніж коли вживати її із глиняного посуду з допомогою дерев'яної ложки.

Зима – чарівна пора року. Мені подобається, коли надворі ясна морозна погода та падає сніг. На вікнах з’являються вигадливі малюнки  Коли все навкруги стає білим, здається, що ти потрапив у зимову казку. Зима дарує нам багато краси та веселощів, але зима невічна і скоро прийде тепла, лагідна весна.

На сході кажуть, що вона завжди була другом і союзником людини. Але, не може бути все настільки добре, жовта собака може бути неспокійною і песимістичною. Ложки з символом року - жовтої собаки виконав з декількох порід деревини.

Символ серця часто використовується для позначення кохання. Символ серця як джерела мудрості та засобу пізнання. Але перше глибинне трактування того мотиву подибуємо у Григорія Сковороди. Для Сковороди серце позначало не фізичний орган і не прості людські емоції, а щось незмірно більше і глибше. За його словами, серце – це безодня, яка одкривається в людській істоті. Безодня, що є джерелом усіх наших думок, почуттів і дій. У принципі, своєю концепцією «серця» Сковорода передбачив відкриття психології ХХ ст. Серце – це той безмежний психопростір за межами свідомости, що містить знання неспівмірно глибше і ширше від знання інтелекту. І серце пов’язане з ідеєю людини-мікрокосмосу, в якій живе відбиття усіх правд і містерій всесвіту. Тому, для Сковороди, пізнавши себе не поверховим розумом, а глибиною серця, людина пізнає Бога.

Панно "Церква Св. Миколая" / Panel "Church of St. Nicholas"

Церква Святого Миколая з Зеленого Тернопільської області (зараз знаходиться в Києві, в Пирогово, Музеї народної архітектури). Церква побудована в традиціях Західноподільськоі школи - зрубна, тридільна, одноповерхова з різницею при вівтарі. Стіни складені з чотиригранних брусів. Нижня частина зрубу захищений широким побоюванням на випусках вінців, верхня - обшита гонтом. Бічні верхи ховаються під спільним дахом, а виділяється лише середній потужний верх.

The church is built in the traditions of the West Podillya school - a log, three-seater, one-story with a difference at the altar. The walls are made of quadrangular timber.
