Слов'янський символ року - Ширяючий Орел / Slavic symbol of the year - Shrinking Eagle

Стародавні слов'яни поклонялися язичницьким богам, наділяючи кожного з них особливими якостями. Їх життя було дуже міцно пов'язана з природою і всіма її проявами. Не випадково, і слов'янський календар був заснований на багаторічних спостереженнях за змінами в природі і усім тваринним світом. Кожен рік проходив під знаком певного тотемного тварини, що володіє особливими якостями. Згідно віруваннями, вони впливали не тільки на навколишнє середовище, але і на людину.

Згідно обчислень слов'янського календаря, 2019 рік буде проходити під заступництвом сильного і мудрого Ширяючого орла. Ширяючий Орел — цар птахів, що володіє твердим сміливим характером і величезною силою волі. Він уособлює собою хоробрість, розсудливість і свободу. Вважається, що тільки орел може злітати високо до самого сонцю, тому нерідко йому приписують всі якості цього небесного світила. Проте слід врахувати, що орел не тільки величний і шляхетний, але і прекрасний мисливець, нещадно нападає на свою жертву. Будь-хто, хто стане у нього на шляху, піддається смертельної небезпеки.

Shimmering Eagle is a king of birds that has a solid bold character and a great power of will. He represents courage, prudence and freedom. It is believed that only the eagle can fly up to the very sun, therefore, it is often attributed to him all the qualities of this heavenly light. However, it should be noted that the eagle is not only majestic and noble, but also a beautiful hunter, mercilessly attacks his victim. Anyone who is on his way is in danger of death.

Свічник-Трійця «Громовик» / Candlestick-Trinity «Hromovyk»

Громовик (громівник, перуниця, колесо Перуна) - широко зустрічається в побуті та інтер'єрі слов'ян. Особливо часто його можна помітити в Карпатах, на сволоках хатів та старих скринях, на ручних хрестах і підсвічниках, на гуцульських рушницях і ременях, на музичних інструментах, різьблених скриньках і дерев'яному посуді тощо.   Громовик - культовий, народний оберіг слов'ян, символ Перуна - бога грому і блискавки, граду, небесного вогню і дощу. Являє собою шести-, семи- або восьмипелюсткову розетку, чи то пак, колесо зі списами. 

Є одним із різновидів солярних знаків та зберігся до наших днів завдяки археологічним та етнографічним матеріалам.  Зустрічається в усіх індоєвропейських культурах, зокрема в римлян та кельтів мав назву - Колесо Юпітера. Громовик символізує небесні стихії: Небо, Сонце, Вогонь, Грім, Блискавку, Дощ. 

Hromovik (hromovnik, perunitsa, wheel Perun) - is widely found in the life and interior of the Slavs. Especially often it can be seen in the Carpathian Mountains, on the beds of huts and old chests, on hand-crosses and candlesticks, on Hutsul guns and belts, on musical instruments, carved boxes and wooden dishes, etc. Hromovik - a cult, a folk cloak of the Slavs, a symbol of Perun - the god of thunder and lightning, hail, heavenly fire and rain. It is a six-, seven- or eight-pin rosette, or a pack, a wheel with spears. 

It is one of the varieties of solar symbols and has survived through archaeological and ethnographic materials. Occurs in all Indo-European cultures, in particular, the Romans and Celts was called - the Wheel of Jupiter. Hedgehog symbolizes the elements of heaven: Sky, Sun, Fire, Thunder, Lightning, Rain.
