Для багатьох людей найважливішою цінністю є сім'я. Слов'яни поклонялися силам природи, і це знайшло відображення в виготовленні оберегів. Такі символи можна було зустріти всюди: вони були не тільки засобом прикраси, але і, за повір'ям, давали певний захист і залучали удачу. Одним з оберегів є весільна ложка - одна на двох, як тепер все в житті молодят на двох.

Цю ложки виготовив для Олександра та Марії, їх ініціали розмістив на вишневому серці.
Вишня — символ світового дерева, життя; символ України, рідної землі; матері; дівчини-нареченої. У давнину вишня була одним із священних дерев далекої Японії та Китаю. Для праукраїнців вишня — світове дерево життя (Дерево життя).
Ложку оздобив перлинами з калини, дуба та верби.
Калина - дерево українського роду. Її пов'язували з народженням Всесвіту, а червоні ягоди калини стали символом крові та невмирущої української нації.
Дуб - дерево, що уособлює чоловічу силу. В давнину - символ бога Перуна.
Верба — жіночий символ Світового Дерева, уособлення таємничої сили жінки, плодючості й материнства. Це дерево пов'язане з водою, отже, символізує здоров'я і життя. Вербу вважали прадеревом життя.

Kalyna is a tree of Ukrainian origin. It was associated with the birth of the universe, and the red berries of viburnum became a symbol of blood and the immortal Ukrainian nation.
Oak - a tree that represents male strength. In ancient times - a symbol of the god Perun.
Willow is a female symbol of the World Tree, the personification of a woman's mysterious power, fertility and motherhood. This tree is associated with water, therefore, symbolizes health and life. Willow was considered the ancestor of life.

Є кілька речей, які повинні бути на кухні в кожної поважаючої себе господині. Не останнє місце в цьому списку займають дерев'яні ложки. Дерево є одним з найбільш універсальних матеріалів, з яких може бути зроблена кухонний посуд. Воно досить міцне і водночас м'яке, тому може прослужити протягом багатьох років і навіть десятиліть. З моменту свого винаходу, дерев'яна ложка була невід'ємною частиною вражаючого розмаїття культурних традицій. За словами Чарльза Панаті в книзі «Надзвичайний походження повсякденних речей», версії дерев'яних ложок були виявлені поряд із золотом і сріблом в гробницях стародавніх єгиптян. Це свідчить про те, що їх власники вважали їх досить корисними навіть у загробному житті. Головні переваги дерев'яних ложок - це універсальність і довговічність. Під час приготування страв вони не нагріваються до палючих температур, не реагують з кислою їжею і не дряпають посуд, як це роблять їхні «колеги» з металу. Вони не плавляться і не надають дивний присмак гарячим продуктам, як пластикові вироби. Дерев'яна ложка може бути використана для перемішування будь-якої страви в ємності будь-якого типу. І все ж, незважаючи на все це, вони не користуються популярністю в сучасному світі...

They do not melt and do not give a strange taste to hot products, like plastic products. A wooden spoon can be used to mix any dish in a container of any type. And yet, despite all this, they are not popular in the modern world.

За традицією в церквах освячують яблука та мед, адже серпень - це пора викачування меду з вуликів. тож пасічники освячують вулики перед настанням холодів, щоб бджоли добре перезимували. Професійне свято День пасічника в Україні відзначається в другій декаді серпня і святкується щорічно 19 серпня. Встановлено Указом Президента у 1997 році. Святкування включає організацію медових ярмарків і культурних заходів, вшанування праці пасічників і бджолярів. Мед - продукт вічності.
