Біленька українська хата, яка тоне у красі мальовничого краю, серед яблуневих та вишневих садків, є одним із символів України, це не лише те місце, де мешкають люди, це святиня давнього роду українського. Навіть сама назва – "хата" сягає своїм корінням десь у глибину сторіч і зустрічається у вжитку ще наших прадавніх предків, скіфів. Українська хата – це невід’ємна частка нашої давньої культури. Вона втілювала у собі уявлення та вірування наших пращурів, уклад всього їхнього життя та побуту. Хата назавжди стала взірцем естетичних вподобань українців. За повір`ями, світ ділився на однаково важливі частини – підземну, земну та небесну - ось так і хата повинна була відображати ці світи: стеля і товстий сволок втілювали небесний світ та духовний; двері, віконця та білі стіни – мали співвідношення із життям реальним, земним, вони ж ставали своєрідними каналами спілкування людей із навколишнм світом; підлога, поріг і призьба - були найнижчим ярусом, своєрідною межею між земним і підземним світами.
