Класичний Тризуб є державним і національним гербом України. Різновиди Тризуба (трикутні корони, тризубчасті вежі, потроєні знаки, трилисники, тощо) збереглись в національних гербах усіх нащадків причорноморських аріїв, що розселилися у Європі та Азії.
Тризуб символізує ту ж саму трійцю життєтворчих енергій, що й хрест та шестикутна зірка, тобто Мудрість, Знання і Любов або Вогонь, Воду і Життя або Янь, Інь і Ці, однак, не як початковий процес породження третьої сили двома первинними, а вже як другу стадію цього процесу, тобто як дію трьох рівноправних сил, що виходять з єдиного спільного для всіх джерел – Абсолюту.
